Will I need anything else?

You will need standard brewery hoses to transfer to tank. We will make sure you have everything you’ll need to get started.

Do you supply tanks?

Yes we do, see the accessories section to check out the tanks we recommend for us with our pilot kit.

Can I buy a pilot kit from you?

Yes, we can supply new Ninkasi pilot kits available for purchase. If you are hiring a pilot kit and decide you would like to keep it then please contact us to discuss what options are available.

What electrical supply do I need?

You will need a 3 phase socket to run the pilot kit. Pumps for the pilot kit may have varying power requirements so get in touch with us and we will work out what would be best for your business.

What savings will I make?

This is dependent on your current brew length. The obvious savings are volume related to trial new recipes.

What happens if I damage the pilot kit?

Any damage should be reported straight away. We will work with you to assess its extent and impact. You will be liable for any damage that you cause so it is a good idea to check if your brewery insurance extends to hired equipment.

How are rentals collected?

Rentals are collected by Direct Debit. The first rental is collected together with the deposit (if necessary) ahead of delivery, then monthly until return of the pilot brew kit.
